The short story.
Within 3 months of opening our first store we had page 3 Mercury coverage! The Daily Telegraph mentioned us in an article on places to enjoy life and people flocked in from all around. This momentum continued through out the first 15 months and included a JJJ radio invite, i98 FM Wollongong giving us air time and cast and crew of Big Fat Pizza coming in one night and suggesting they could do a show from the shop. I respectfully said no :-) "This is a Hot Dog Business" We have several articles on file from the era which were written for us by Gabriella from the Local Mercury and form part of our short but proud history.

Whether heading south along the coastal Grand Pacific Drive and the Sea Cliff Bridge or descending the steep passes of Mt Bulli and Mt Ousley, the drive into Wollongong is spectacular. Children will love the Symbio Wildlife Gardens at Helensburgh, the science centre and planetarium at Fairy Meadow and an easy cycle path from Wollongong to the northern beaches.Diners have plenty to choose from, including the quirky Hot Didely Dogs, plus cafes, pubs and themed restaurants.
